Jazia is a writer and art historian based in Brooklyn. She holds degrees in Art History and Museum Studies, and has held curatorial and research roles in both nonprofit and for-profit art organizations including the Barbican Gallery (London), Asia Contemporary Art Week, Hauser & Wirth, and Artnet. She has spent the past few years working directly with artists to realize large-scale projects related to climate change and Inequality. Recent projects include The Deep Listener, the Serpentine Gallery’s inaugural Augmented Architecture Commission, and Re-Animated at SXSW.
